Debet for supremacy....rather idiocy?

In sri lanka its a main topic discussed these days about the supreme courts and its collision with the parliament...and as a matter of fact,a critical discussion is mostly valued in the name of truthfulness.

the right way to view the factor is to bring each and every theory on to the field...

and i have number of fare facts to present in order to prevent any injusticeful theory to be out-broken

the drama began with the blackhand business done by the husband of the current chief justice Mrs.Bandaranayake.

He was the chairman of the national savings bank.Mr.Pradeep kariyawasam.

and when he was with his post he did this unauthorized and mainly criticized business deal..which is,

"being the chairperson of a government banking co operation he supported the share market buyers to buy the NSB shares to a certain and considerably lower price which is very unfare for the banks future and its savers..and the "coincidence" is the buyers were the finance co operations..which is a leading financial dealer in sri lanka.

and the government took charge against mr.kariyawasam.

and that was the turning point.

                         let me take you to the next incident where Mrs.shirani bandaranayake provokes against the government and the parliament and logically with the support of many unofficial foreign authorities.

every year when the "budget"is claimed by the government president arranges meetings with the financial minister, governor of the central bank and with every minister to proclaim their needs and financial issues.

and every year as usual for the ministry of justice the minister and even the chief justice attends to the meetings. and it was a plot that took against the government as you will come to notice in the later parts because Mrs.Bandaranayake acts rather awkwardly comparing to the past chiefs who held this supreme position.

this year when she was called  rather invited for the meeting she refused the invitation and claimed a written notification is needed for her attendance to the meeting..and being generous mr.lalith weeratunga.(secretary to his excellency the president) prepared a written notification for the chief justice and the fact is no past chief justice has ever demanded these idiotic actions..yet she did for purpose.and after the notification reached her,she had an immediate media conference and claimed that the government is forcing on the ministry of justice..and the parliament is interfering with the law...and so on,

please notice the incident is ironically hilarious!

and now she uses her power to undermine every judgement taken against her husband at lower powered courts in the name of justice.

and her husband's chargers are judged by a gruop of judges which was put up by she herself..

so what are we talking about "justice?"

 and if u aren't aware of the relationship between the higher governing authorities please understand clearly.

                           in a country the parliament which is brought up by the people for the people at their own benefit is the most supreme organization in a country with out any doubt.

because it is people for the people!

and the courts and supreme courts system comes under the authentication and the reach of a supreme parliament.

and remember one thing as Mr.J.R.Jayawardana claimed the powers for a authorized president and they are still on power all this matters are solvable under the powerful hand of the president.. so with a bucket full or political sarcasm its just a matter of time!
